摘要
用数值模拟方法结合HG-2023/17.6-YM 型锅炉进行了三维全模拟计算, 共作了5 个工况。以设计煤种MCR工况(8层反切二次风) 为例对四角切圆燃烧锅炉燃烧室的温度分布、速度分布、热流分布作了定量的分析, 对反切二次风的布置与风量对减轻炉膛出口左右温度偏差与速度偏差进行了探讨, 得到了有益的结论, 为锅炉的设计和选型提供了参考数据。成果能全面预报大型锅炉燃烧室性能, 可作为优化设计。
In this paper ,a three dimensional numerical simulation for the boiler of HG 2023/17.6-YM is made under five working conditions. The paper quantitatively analyses the distribution of temperature, velocity and heat stream of furnace for 4 angle tangential burner, and studies the effect of the arrangement and the amount of the anti tangency second air on reducing the deviation of temperature and velocity on both left and right sides of the furnace chamber outlet. Useful conclusions are obtained, which can be used for the reference data for the boilers design and the boiler types selection. The results introduced by the paper can predict the boiler furnace performance and can be used for the optimization design and operation of boilers.
