维丁胶性钙穴位注射治疗喘息性支气管炎178例疗效观察

Curative effect of Calcium Colloidal et Vit D injected in acupoints on asthmatic bronchitis in 178 cases

目的观察维丁胶性钙穴位注射治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎的效果。方法选择3周岁以内喘息性支气管炎患儿300例,分治疗组178例和对照组122例,在常规止咳、抗炎药物控制气道炎症的基础上,治疗组加用维丁胶性钙在双侧定喘穴、膻中穴进行穴位注射,并与加用氨茶碱的对照组进行比较。结果治疗组总有效率96.07%,对照组总有效率84.43%,2组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论本疗法具有疗效确切、安全、方便等优点,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Calcium Colloidal et Vit D injected in acupoints on infantile asthmatic bronchitis.Method The infantile patients（under 3 years old） with asthmatic bronchitis（n=300） were chosen and divided into the treatment group（n=178） and control group（n=122）.On the base of routine treatment of arresting cough and controlling inflammation of air passage with anti-inflammatory agents,the treatment group was injected Calcium Colloidal et Vit D in bilateral Dingchuan acupoints and Danzhong（CV17）,and the control group was given aminophylline.Result The total effective rate was 96.07% in the treatment group and 84.43% in the control group.The comparison between two groups had greatly significant difference（P0.01）.Conclusion The therapy is safe and easy with a reliable curative effect,which is worth popularization and application in clinic.
