摘要
叙述移动通信发展特点，讨论建设ＧＳＭ９００／ＤＣＳ１８００ 双频运行网的条件、组网方式及其特点，还讨论了双频运行网的未来发展，以探讨适应多重频率复用方式移动通信高速发展和频率资源紧张的解决途径。
The paper describes the development features of mobile communications in our country,discusses the conditions for constructing GSM900/DCS1800 dual band network and the special features. In order to find ways to resolve a contradiction of the rapid development of mobile communications and future development of the dual band operation network,too.
