摘要
近年来,各级党委为进一步提高领导干部公开选拔的科学性和公正性,在选拔技术应用方面不断推陈出新,其中在应聘者资格审查环节引入了履历评价技术,即对考察应聘者的既往工作实绩和品行表现进行科学的追溯评估,取得了很好的效果。但履历评价技术在领导干部公选中进一步推广,技术上还有许多工作要做,
