摘要 介绍了稳定同位素探针技术的概况,并对稳定同位素探针技术在环境微生态领域中的应用和其局限性进行了概述,为探索微生物种群结构和功能等微生态学研究提供了强有力手段。 The general situation of stable isotope probe technique were introduced,moreover,the application and limitation of stable isotope probe technique in the field of environmental microorganism were summarized to provide powerful approaches for exploring microbial population structures and function and so on.
