摘要 甘油-3-磷酸乙酰转移酶催化甘油-3-磷酸酯与脂肪酸发生酰化反应。在拟南芥的甘油-3-磷酸乙酰转移酶家族中包括8个成员。介绍拟南芥的甘油-3-磷酸乙酰转移酶在甘油脂类合成以及在角质和木栓质合成的研究进展,并进一步展望甘油-3-磷酸乙酰转移酶今后在基础研究及农作物遗传育种上可能发挥的重要作用。 Glycerol-3-phosphate acyltransferases(GPATs) mediate the acetylation of glycerol-3-phosphate and lipid acid.There are eight members in glycerol-3-phosphate acyltransferase family(ATGPATs) of Arabidopsis thaliana.The research progress of glycerol-3-phosphate acyltransferase of Arabidopsis thaliana in glycerolipid synthesis and the synthesis of cutin and suberin were reviewed,and the crucial roles of ATGPATs in further basic research of plant physiology and genetics and breeding of crops were prospected.
