何首乌植物内生真菌多样性的初步研究

Study on the Diversity of Endophytic Fungi in P.multiflorum Thunb.

[目的]对药用植物何首乌(Polygonum multiflorun Thunb.)不同部位内生真菌进分离和分类鉴定。[方法]采用内生真菌常规分离法对健康何首乌块根、茎和叶的内生真菌进行分离和鉴定。[结果]从何首乌根、茎、叶中分别分离到植物内生真菌24、28、18株,共计70株,其形态经初步鉴定分属2纲4目6科31属,以交链孢属(Alternariasp.)和镰孢霉属(Fusariumsp.)为优势属。[结论]何首乌不同部位内生真菌的数量、分布和种群存在差异。

[Objective] To isolate and identify the endophytic fungi in different positions of P.multiflorum Thunb.[Method] Endophytic fungi were isolated from the healthy roots,stems and leaves of P.multiflorum Thunb.,then identified with conventional method.[Result] 24,28 and 18 strains were isolated from the roots,stems and leaves of P.multiflorum Thunb.respectively,70 strains in total.Through morphological identification,the strains belonged to 2 classes,4 orders,31 genera,6 families,and Alternaria sp.and Fusarium sp.were the dominant genera.[Conclusion] The quantity,population and distribution of the endophytic fungi are various in different positions of P.multiflorum Thunb..
