摘要 [目的]研究二甲苯及致溶药物盐酸苯肼对小鼠造血功能的影响,为人们日常生活防护和临床诊治提供一定的理论和试验支持。[方法]受试动物昆明小鼠30只,随机分为5组,设置低、中、高浓度二甲苯及盐酸苯肼受试组,以及一个空白对照组。试验期间连续用药进行腹腔注射,第2天起每日检测红细胞数量、白细胞数量、血红蛋白含量以及网织红细胞比例。[结果]血液检测显示用药2 d后小鼠开始出现贫血现象,第5天红细胞数量最高可降低56%左右,血红蛋白含量也随之下降65%左右,网织红细胞比例最高可升高21%左右,当持续用药时,各指标大体维持在同一水平上。[结论]二甲苯对小鼠有致溶血作用,可严重影响小鼠的造血功能。 [Objective]The aim was to study the effect of xylene and lysogenic pharmacon phenylhydrazine hydrochloride on mice hematopoiesis so as to provide some theoretical and experimental supports for daily health and clinical diagnosis.[Methods]30 Kunming mice were randomly divided into 5 groups,namely,low,medium and high concentrations of xylene and phenylhydrazine hydrochloride,respectively,and 1 negative control group.During the experiment,the experimental animal was continuously treated by daily intraperitoneal injection of xylene or phenylhydrazine hydrochloride,and normal saline solution as negative control.Since the next day after injection,the quantity of red blood cell(RBC),the quantity of leukocyte,hemoglobin content and reticulocyte proportion were inspected daily.[Results] Two days after injection(DAI),the mice injected with drugs showed the phenomenon of anemia,and at about five DAI,the quantity of RBC and hemoglobin content of each group treated by drugs decreased by 56% and 65%,respectively,and the reticulocyte proportion was up to about 21%.When treated with drugs sequentially,each index would maintain the same levels as above.[Conclusion]Xylene could cause haemolysis of mice,and seriously affect hematopoiesis of mice.
