三聚氰胺联合三聚氰酸经口28d染毒对雌性SD大鼠血液生化指标的影响 被引量:3

Effect of the Administration of Melamine and Cyanuric Acid per os for 28 d on the Blood Biochemical Measurements of Female Sprague Dawley Rats

摘要 [目的]探讨三聚氰胺联合三聚氰酸经口28 d染毒对雌性SD大鼠血液生化指标的影响。[方法]用三聚氰胺和三聚氰酸共同对雌性SD大鼠进行亚急性经口染毒试验,设1个对照组和3个试验组,每组10只大鼠。每天对动物采用经口灌胃染毒1次,染毒时间28d,试验结束时收集动物血液标本进行检测。[结果]三聚氰胺与三聚氰酸联合染毒会造成雌性SD大鼠血液红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)数量下降和白细胞(WBC)、淋巴细胞(Lymph)数量上升,引起总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)等肝功能指标的下降和尿素氮(URE-A)、肌酐(CRE)等肾功能指标的增高,同时对血清磷离子有显著影响。[结论]三聚氰胺与三聚氰酸联合染毒可引起雌性SD大鼠血液生化指标的显著变化。 [Objective]The aim was to explore the effect of the administration of melamine and cyanuric acid per os for 28 d on the blood biochemical measurements of female SD rats.[Method]In the subacute oral experiments on female SD rates by melamine and cyanuric acid,40 rates were randomly divided into one control group and three experimental groups with 10 rats each group.The rats in the experimental groups were administrated with melamine and cyanuric acid per os by gavage for 28 days,one time each day,and their blood samples would be collected for detection after the experiment.[Result]The combined exposure of melamine and cyanuric would decrease the number of RBC and HGB while increase WBC and Lymph,result in the decline of TP,ALB and liver function and the improvement of UREA,CRE and kidney function,and significantly affect the phosphate ions of serum.[Conclusion]The combined exposure of melamine and cyanuric acid could lead to the obvious change of the blood biochemical measurements of female SD rats.
