摘要
在对目前寒地黑土农产品原产地名称保护现状及存在的问题进行调研分析的基础上,提出了加强寒地黑土农产品原产地名称法律保护的对策,以期对提升寒地黑土经济的竞争优势有所裨益。
Through investigating and analyzing the legal protection status and problems of the appellation of origin for the agricultural products in cold and black soil areas,some measures were proposed to enhance the legal protection of the appellation of origin,in order to improve the competitive advantage of the economy in cold and black soil area.
