IGF-1、IGFBP-3及瘦素与足月儿胎龄、体重的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-3(IGFBP-3)及瘦素(LEP)与足月儿胎龄、体重的相关性,揭示这些指标在新生足月儿的临床意义。方法:随机取62例正常足月儿脐血,使用酶联免疫吸附试验测定IGF-1、IGFBP-3及LEP,应用SPSS软件分析它们与足月儿胎龄及体重的相关性。结果:(1)脐血IGFBP-3与足月儿胎龄呈显著性正相关(r=0.547,P=0.000),而IGF-1及LEP与其无显著性相关;(2)脐血IGFBP-3及LEP与足月儿体重呈显著性正相关(r分别为0.335及0.267,P分别为0.008及0.036),而IGF-1与其无显著性相关。结论:足月儿在宫内时间越长,IGFBP-3产生越多,提示胎儿体格发育越成熟,其体重与IGFBP-3及LEP密切相关。IGF-1与足月儿体重及胎龄无直接相关性,IGF-1主要通过IGFBP-3及LEP对足月儿体格发育进行调节。
