摘要
通过文献资料、专家访谈、数理统计等方法对全国有代表性的10所学校的初中学生进行了4个月的分组教学,一组采用每天1 500 m长跑(总里程达到180 km),一组按传统形式教学.结果表明:两个群体的耐力素质有明显差异,冬季长跑的初中学生耐力和运动技能明显好于传统形式体育教学的学生.
Through literature,expert interviews and other methods of mathematical statistics,students from 10 secondary schools receive group teaching for 4 months.One group adopts long-distance running of 1,500 meters a day(the total mileage reaches 180 kilometers),while the other group adopts the traditional way of teaching.The results shows that the two groups are significant different in the quality of endurance: the endurance of the former group is obvioushy better than that of the latter group.
