河南省创新型产业集聚区的发展及优化研究

Study on Development and Optimization of Innovational Industrial Cluster Districts in Henan Province

通过对河南省创新型产业集聚区发展状况的分析,得出河南省产业集聚区的区域差异显著,产业结构不合理、主导产业关联性差、企业创新力不足,产业集聚区发展仍处于初中级阶段.要通过科学规划,优化产业环境,因地制宜地选择主导产业,不断完善集聚机制,加强企业创新,实现河南省创新型产业集聚区的跨越式发展.

This paper discusses the present situation of the innovational industrial cluster districts in Henan province.The results show that the development of the industrial cluster districts is still at a primary or medium level,with obvious regional variation,unreasonable industrial structure,poor relevance of leading industry,and insufficient innovation capability.On the basis of the above studies,some strategies,such as scientific planning,optimizing industrial environment,and determining the leading industry according to local situation,are put forward to realize the leap in the development of the innovational industrial cluster districts in Henan province.
