摘要
研究目的:接触网定位器坡度是弓网关系的重要参数,定位器坡度不仅要满足受电弓动态包络限界的安全要求,还要满足其自身受力和抬升的基本要求,同时定位器坡度的计算应是接触网腕臂安装设计的核心,因此,探索并总结定位器坡度计算的原则、方法及采取的有关安全措施十分必要。研究结论:线路设计的参数和接触线额定张力、拉出值、跨距及定位器结构参数决定着定位器初始状态的坡度,合理确定接触线额定张力、拉出值及跨距等设计参数是定位器坡度安全可靠的前提。接触网腕臂安装设计应围绕着定位器计算坡度进行,否则将影响预配计算的精度甚至导致部分预配安装需要现场重新调整。采用定位管支撑及定位器防风拉线等措施,能够更好满足接触网几何结构在运行风荷载等作用下不偏离允许范围并保障受电弓运行安全,使得定位更为安全可靠。
Research purposes: The steady arm grade is an important parameter of the relation between the pantograph and catenary,and it should not only satisfy the safety requirement of pantograph dynamic envelope delimitation,but also satisfy the basic requirement of its own bearing force and the lifting force.At the same time,the calculation of the steady arm grade is the core element of design and installation of the cantilever.Therefore,it is very necessary to research and summarize the principle and method for the grade calculation as well as the relative safety measures to be taken. Research conclusions:The steady arm grade in initial state depends on the design parameter of track,the contact wire's rated tension,stagger,span length and the structure parameter of the steady arm.The rational determination of the design parameters,such as the contact wire's rated tension,stagger,span length is crucial to the safety and reliability of the steady arm grade.The cantilever should be designed and installed according to the calculated steady arm grade.Otherwise,the accuracy of the pre-configure calculation shall be affected,and even the adjustment of the pre-configure components in the site will be done.Taking the measures like the registration arm support and the wind-proof wire,can preferably ensure that the contact wire's geometrical structure still is in the allowed range under the compact of the running wind load and the operation safety of the pantograph,and make the registration safer and more reliable.
