摘要
通过问卷调查和访谈,了解教师、领导、家长对特殊学生的看法及对开展融合教育的态度和需求。结果发现教师和学校领导尽管认为特殊学生可以顺利地与普通学生交往,但对融合教育的开展仍持中立态度;家长工作和政策支持分别成为教师和学校的首位需求。根据调查结果,本文从政策经费支持、师资培训、家长工作、资源教室建设等方面提出促进融合教育发展的建议。
This study,by means of questionnaires and interviews,aims to analyze the views of primary school teachers,leaders and parents as to students with special education needs,their attitudes towards integrated education,and their demands.According to the findings,the primary school teachers,who hold the view that those students with special education needs can get along well with normal students,still maintain a neutral attitude towards integrated education;parents' cooperation and policy-related support become the first requirement of primary schools and their teachers.Based on the findings,this study gives suggestions on policy-related and financial support,teacher training,parents' cooperation,and the construction of resource rooms,for the purpose of promoting the development of integrated education.
