上向进路与上向分层充填法在李官集铁矿的应用 被引量:16

摘要 李官集铁矿为厚大多层急倾斜铁矿床,矿体底板为构造破碎带,原采用分段空场采矿法,但下盘围岩垮落严重,夹石难以剔除,损失贫化很大,存在严重的安全隐患。经改进,下盘矿体采用上向进路充填法,上盘矿体采用上向分层充填法分区联合开采,根据矿岩稳固性调整采场顶板跨度,多层矿体联合开采,降低了损失贫化率和采准工程量,实现了安全高效开采,取得了良好经济效益。 Liguanji Iron Mine belongs to the thick multi-layer steep iron ore deposit,and its bottom lies in the fracture zone.The sublevel open-stoping mining method was primarily adopted.But a serious collapse of footwall wall-rocks happened,and stone rocks were difficult to remove,leading to great deal of loss and dilution and serious security risks as well.After improvement,the upward drift mining method was used in the lower plate of ore deposit,and the upward cut-and-fill mining method was adopted in the upper plate.The span of the top plate was adjusted according to the stability of the ore rocks.The joint exploitation of multi-layer ores lowered the loss and dilution ratio and the cutting engineering quantities,by which the safe and efficient mining with good economic returns were obtained.
