摘要
金堆城钼业集团有限公司针对常规浮选机工艺生产含钼57%钼精矿存在的问题,进行了浮选机、浮选柱联合浮选新工艺的研究、设计及工业试验。通过流程优化和浮选机、浮选柱联合,充分发挥了浮选柱分选精度高、浮选机回收能力强的优势,生产出的钼精矿含Mo全部≥57%,无低品位的副产钼精矿,精选回收率达到98%以上。
In view of the problems in conventional flotation process for the preparation of 57% molybdenum in Jinduicheng Molybdenum Group,studies on new technology and its design and the industrial tests of machine-column joint flotation are carried out.Through process optimization with joint of machine-column flotation,the advantages of high separation efficiency and high recovery by machine-column joint can be fully played,and all molybdenum concentrate grading at Mo≥57% is produced with no low-grade by-product concentrate and more than 98% of recovery rate.
