摘要
目前国内对科技投入的体制机制不够健全，科技投入对科技创新的作用未能充分发挥，科技投入存在严重浪费，应增强科技管理水平，加大科技投入力度，拓宽科技创新融资渠道，提高企业科技创新能力。
Currently there is no reasonable S＆T （Science and Technology） input mechanism in our country. S＆T input do not have great effect upon promoting S＆T innovation. S＆T input There is a serious waste of investment, We should upgrade S＆T management level, increase S＆T input, broaden the financing channels for S＆T development, enhance S＆T innovation ability.
