Describes the design and implementation of computing systems for teacher performance pay based on the VFP system.The system uses C / S mode of operation.First it constructs a local multi-user management information system prototype.And then it promotes the line development to C / S system.This paper analyzes the demand conditions of the system,database design,the system structure and the implementation of its function.
