“理实一体化”教学思想在中职班主任工作中的应用

Application of the Theories and Practices Integration for Class Advisers' Work in Secondary Vocational Schools

中职学校班主任工作的事无巨细和对学生培养的新要求,使得班主任工作难度大大增加。而传统的班主任工作方法又难以解决眼下所遇到的新问题,因此寻求新的班主任工作方式是当务之急。本文在该方面做了一些有意义的探索,将"理实一体化"的教学思想应用到班主任工作中去,总结出适合班主任工作的"理实一体化"模式,提倡有差异的对待学生个体,按照社会和企业要求培养学生的能力,使学生能够在较短的时间内转变成合格的企业员工。

The difficulty of class advisers’ work in Secondary vocational schools has been increased greatly,because of numerous work and new requirements for culturing students.At present,traditional working methods of class advisers can not solve the new problem,so it is urgent task to search a method.The thesis explores and presents some research results in this aspect,apply the principle of the theories and practices integration to class advisers’ work,and summarize the steps of project instructional method.To transform a student into a qualified employee,the student must be treated individually and differently according to the ability criterion of society and enterprises within a shorter period of time.
