摘要
供应链管理盈利模式是一种现代盈利模式,在库存管理、管理技术、关系管理与信息化建设方面具有优势,主要从生产成本和流通成本两个方面降低产品成本,通过提高产品的利润空间增强企业的盈利能力。我国流通企业要树立供应管理思想、加强业务外包、提高核心竞争力、强化人才培养、建立战略联盟、健全信息系统、提升渠道价值、实施全球供应链战略、发挥政府外部作用,构建供应链管理盈利模式。
The profit model of supply chain management is a kind of modern model, which has shown great advantages in inventory management, management technique, relationship management and informationization construction. Besides, it can reduce costs in production and circulation, and enhance the profitability of enterprise by .promoting company＇s profit space. Circulation enterprises in China should establish the concepts of supply chain management, strengthen business outsourcing, enhance the core competitiveness, reinforce talent fostering, establish strategic alliances, promote the value of channels, implement strategies of global supply chains, exert the external function of government and build the profit model of supply chain management.
