摘要
日益成长的农民工子女受教育需求已对现行的教育体制提出了严峻的挑战,如何立足于我国的现实社会经济条件,制定合理可行的农民工子女教育制度对于社会和谐发展具有重要的理论和现实意义。为了走出目前农民工子女教育边缘化的困境,促进教育公平的真正实现,需要进一步完善农民工子女教育投入机制、完善相关法律政策体系、规范引导社会力量办学、完善教育救助制度和加强学籍管理。
The increasing educational need from migrant workers＇ children has posed a severe challenge to the current education system. To develop the harmonious society, it＇s theoretically and practically significant for us to set up the reasonable and practicable educational system for migrant workers＇ children based on the reality of China＇s socio-economic conditions. To realize educational equity, we shall im- prove the educational input mechanism for migrant workers＇ children, modify relevant laws and policies, specify and guide non-governmental schools, strengthen the education assistance system and school management.
