摘要
为探讨我国高等体育院校师资管理模式,采用问卷调查了12所高等体育院校,并对专家进行访谈。结果表明,高等体育院校体育教师的职称结构职称比例比较合理,师生比在都低于教育部规定的标准;教师岗位聘任的形式主要有评聘合一、评聘分开、直接聘任制;大部分高等体育院校教师考核方式采用定性和定量结合;对教师考核的内容主要集中于教师的教学、科研、师德和学生对教师评价等四个方面;大部分高校体育高等院校设有师资队伍建设专项经费用于教师培训,只有少数体育院校开设开展教师职业规划。
In order to investigate the management pattern of teachers in China＇s sports universities,the research surveyed 12 sports universities and interviewed some experts.Results showed that,the proportion of teacher title in sport universities was relatively reasonable and the ratio of student and teacher was lower than the criterion of Ministry of Education.There were three ways to appoint teacher,namely the combination with evaluation to appointment,separation between evaluation and appointment and direct appointment.Examination method for teacher was the way of combining the qualitative and quantitative ways in most sports universities.Examination contents for teacher were their performance in teaching,research,morality and students.There were special funds to cultivate teacher in most sports universities,while only a few sports universities carried out career planning for teachers.
