摘要
基于NH_3分子在近红外波段振转能级跃迁机制,作者将1.5μm GRIN-ROD外腔InGaAsP BH激光器频率锁定到NH_3吸收谱线上,它的波长是15196。作为一个绝对的频率标准,该系统长时间的频率漂移和抖动小于1MHz。
Due to the vibration-rotation transition of NH3 molecules at near-infrared waveband. The frequency of 1.5 μm GRIN-rod external cavity InGaAsP BH laser is locked to one of the absorption lines. Its wavelength is 15196A. The frequency drift and fluctuation never exceed 1 MHz.
