By the methods of literature data,expert interview,questionnaire,mathematics statistics and logical analysis,the paper made an investigation on the current situation of China＇s ice-sports coaches.It explores the problems,analyzed the causes and proposed suggestions in hope of improving the ability of China＇s ice-sports coaches.
