急性胰腺炎12年前后临床资料对比分析

Clinical data about patients with acute pancreatitis before and after 12 years:A comparative analysis

目的探讨急性胰腺炎12年前后临床特点。方法 326例急性胰腺炎分12年前组82例和12年后组244例,应用CHISS软件作χ2检验。结果两组在就诊率、发病原因,治疗、好转及痊愈率,病死率及平均住院日、治疗费用等均不同。结论急性胰腺炎12年后组就诊率明显上升,饮食因素、高脂血症等发病原因增加,治疗明显好于12年前组,好转及痊愈率提高,病死率下降,平均住院日缩短,但治疗费用明显增加。

Objective To study the clinical features of patients with acute pancreatitis（AP） before and after 12 years.Methods Three hundred and twenty-six patients with AP were divided into before 12-year group（n=82） and after 12-year group（n=244）.Their clinical data were analyzed with chi-square test using the CHISS software.Results The visiting rate,pathogenesis,treatment modalities,improvement and complete recovery rate,mortality,average hospital stay time and cost of the patients in the two groups were different.Conclusion The visiting rate,improvement and complete recovery rate and mortality are higher,the average hospital stay time is shorter,and the cost is greater,in patients of after 12-year group than in those of before 12-year group.The diet and hyperlipemia are the pathogenesis of AP.
