我院开展临床药师培养的实践与体会

Practice and Experience of Clinical Pharmacists Training in Our Hospital

目的:介绍我院开展临床药师培养的实践与体会。方法:从我院临床药师的培养模式和具体工作内容等方面进行总结。结果与结论:培养模式为"准备-实践-提高",具体工作内容包括专科长期定点深入、重点病例的药学监护、药品不良反应监测等;建议从更改临床药师培养工作主体、积极储备临床专业知识、加强与临床沟通等方面提高临床药师的培养效果。

OBJECTIVE： To introduce the practice and experience of clinical pharmacists training in our hospital. METHODS ： The clinical pharmacists training of our hospital were summarized in respect of mode and content. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： Training mode includes preparation, practice and improvement. The content of clinical pharmacists training contains long-term specialty penetration, pharmaceutical care for key medical case, adverse drug monitoring, etc. It is suggested to provide clinical pharmacists training by changing working subject of clinical pharmacists training, reserving professional knowledge and strengthening communication in the clinic.
