Development and Application of Electronic Monitoring System for Clinical Drug Use in Our Hospital

目的:借助计算机软件系统推动临床合理用药。方法:依托医院信息系统,利用信息技术根据实际工作需要设计和开发临床用药电子监察系统,并应用于监控临床用药情况。结果:该系统由临床不合理用药实时警示、抗菌药物使用监控、基本药物使用监控、药品"三双"监控、处方限量限品种监控、处方质量监控等6大监控功能模块组成。该系统基本实现了对全部医师处方的可查、可控、可点评,使我院整体临床药学工作质量、临床合理用药水平得以显著提高,促进了我院整体医疗质量改进。结论:该系统对推动临床合理用药起到了积极作用,但仍需在抗菌药物监控模块功能方面加以完善。

OBJECTIVE： To promote rational drug use in the clinic using software. METHODS： Based on hospital information system, electronic monitoring system was designed and developed with information technology according to practical demands to monitor drug use in the clinic. RESULTS： The electronic monitoring system included 6 major functional modules, i.e. real-time alerts of clinical irrational drug use, antimicrobial drug use monitoring, essential drug use monitoring, ＂three pairs＂ control of drugs, monitoring for limited quantity and variety of prescription drugs, prescription quality monitoring. The system could check, control and comment doctor＇ s prescription to improve the whole quality of clinical pharmacy and rational drug use in the clinic. Medical quality of our hospital had been improved. CONCLUSION： The electronic monitoring system plays a positive role in the promotion of rational drug use. The part of antimierobial drug use monitoring is to be improved.
