摘要
污水的土地处理是不同于活性污泥法的一种新型且高效的处理方法,利用土壤-微生物-植物系统的作用实现污水的无害化和资源化[1],该实验模拟了土地处理系统,研究了在固定化微生物的吸附分解作用下、在投加海绵铁填料和在不同的水力负荷(分别是5 cm/d、8 cm/d、12 cm/d)情况下,折板波形流反应器对生活污水的处理效果。通过实验,得知该反应器保持了较高的总磷(TP)、总铁(TFe)、化学需氧量(COD)的去除率,分别在80%、40%、50%左右;氮元素的去除主要依靠硝化细菌的硝化作用和前端的部分好氧与兼氧系统,由于波形流反应器内部处于厌氧状态,故该实验装置对氨氮的去除效果不佳,去除率仅在20%左右。根据各指标的去除效果可以得出,该实验装置可以作为污水土地处理系统的终端处理设备。
Land treatment of wastewater is a newly and high efficient treatment approach,which is different from activated sludge method by using roles of soil-microorganism-plant system to realize harmless and reuse of wastewater.Experiment was done to simulate the land treatment system under the situation of absorbing-decomposing roles of fixed microorganism and of adding stuffing of sponge iron in the reactor as well as of different water power burthen respectively 5cm/d,8cm/d and 12cm/d so as to reveal the treatment effect of table-flap wavy flow reactor on sewage.Experimental results revealed that the reactor holds higher removal rate of COD,TP,TFe with removal rate of 50%,80% and 40% respectively.Removal of nitrogen depends mainly on the nitrification of nitrobacteria,as well as on the former aerobic and facultative aerobic system.Due to the system with anaerobic condition,the removal rate of nitrogen is only 20%.The device can be used as the terminal treatment facilities of land treatment of wastewater.
