摘要 根据《清洁生产标准-炼焦行业》(HJ/T126-2003)标准开展焦化建设项目清洁生产评价,评价指标达87个,存在数据收集困难的问题,并且采用标准对比法进行清洁生产评价只能得出每个评价指标清洁生产级别。为了明确焦化建设项目清洁生产水平和行业清洁生产水平间的关系,以河北省符合国家焦化行业产业政策的8家企业为样本,采用主成分分析法开展焦化行业清洁生产评价,结果表明,采用主成分分析法提取得到5个主因子及其相应的贡献率,5个主因子包括18个清洁生产评价指标,采用上述方法分析得到8家企业清洁生产水平排序为:A(0.78)>D(0.28)>E(0.19)>C(0.12)>B(-0.13)>F(-0.19)>G(-0.22)>H(-0.82)。将该研究结果与标准对比法清洁生产评价结果比较可知,二者的评价结论一致,因此将主成分分析法应用于清洁生产评价,不但可以简化清洁生产评价指标体系,而且可以明确某建设项目处于该行业的清洁生产水平,弥补了标准对比法的不足。 The cleaner production assessment of coking project was conducted according to Cleaner Production Standards-Coking Industry(HJ/T126-2003),in which there were 87 assessment indexes,this resulted in the difficulties of data collection,moreover standard comparison method was adopted to get only the cleaner production level of every assessment index,was unable to determine the cleaner production level of some project in coking industry.In order to clear the relationship between the cleaner production levels of coking project and coking industry,taking eight coking enterprises in Hebei Province conforming to the national coking industrial policy as samples,principal component analysis was used to carry out cleaner production assessment of coking industry,and results showed that five principal factors and their corresponding contribution rate were extracted by using principal component analysis(PCA),the five principal factors included 18 cleaner production indexes,by using the above method the cleaner production levels sequence of eight enterprises was A(0.78)D(0.28)E(0.19)C(0.12)B(0.13)F(-0.19)G(-0.22)H(-0.82).Compared with the result obtained from the standard comparison method,the conclusions of both methods were consistent.Therefore,the principal component analysis method is applied to assess the cleaner production level,not only may simplify the cleaner production assessment indicator system,moreover may be clear about the cleaner production level of some project in the same business,could makes up for lack of the standard comparison method.
