Ⅱb-Ⅲb期宫颈癌放化疗完全缓解后HPV感染治疗临床疗效分析

The clinical effect of treatment on Ⅱb-Ⅲb cervical cancer patients with post-radio/chemotherapy HPV infection by radiotherapy and chemotherapy with human papilloma virus infection

目的分析宫颈癌放化疗完全缓解后人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)感染的临床疗效。方法宫颈癌放化疗后出现高危型HPV感染100例患者被随机分成1组。一组予阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊阴道内置药3个月,另一组用重组人干扰素α-2a栓剂治疗3个月,复查HPV定性。结果 3个月后阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊组HPV感染转阴率为76%,重组人干扰素α-2a栓剂转阴率为46%比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊对宫颈癌放化疗后HPV感染的治疗作用较重组人干扰素α-2a栓剂效果好。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of lactobacillus in treatment of cervical cancer patients with post-radio/chematherapy human papillama virus（HPV） infection.Method 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups： one group treated with lactobacillus for 3 months,and the other group treated with interferon-α for 3 months.Three months later,HPV tests were performed to evaluate the HPV infection.Result The negative conversion rate of HPV infection in lactobacillus group was 76%,significantly higher than the 46% in treated with interferon-α group（P0.05）.Conclusion Lactobacillus is superior than interferon-α in treating cervical cancer patients with post-radio/cheme HPV infection.
