气雾剂中6种拟除虫菊酯气相色谱分析方法的研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的建立同时测定烯丙菊酯、胺菊酯、氯菊酯、炔丙菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯6种拟除虫菊酯类农药的气相色谱分析方法。方法采用HP-5毛细管柱和FID检测器,以邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯为内标物,利用程序升温分离测定。结果有效分离测定烯丙菊酯、胺菊酯、氯菊酯、炔丙菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯6种成分,其标准偏差均小于0.005,变异系数小于4.0%,线性相关系数均大于0.999;6种成分4个水平的添加回收率为97.27%~101.77%。结论分离效果好、准确度高、重现性好且操作简单快速。 Objective To establish the simultaneous determination of six pyrethroid pesticide such as allethrin,tetramethrin,permethrin,prallethrim,beta-cypermethrin and deltamethrin by gas chromatography. Methods The paper using di-isooctyl phthalate as internal standard,utilizing temperature program to separate and determinate with HP-5 column and FID detector.Results It had great effect on separation and determination for allethrin,tetramethrin,permethrin,prallethrim,beta-cypermethrin and deltamethrin in insecticide aerosol.The result indicated that the standard deviation were less than 0.005,the coefficient of variations were less than 4.0%,the linear correlations were more than 0.999,the recoveries were between 97.27% and 101.77%. Conclusion This method has advantages in great efficiency of separation,high accuracy,good reproducibility and it is easy and fast for operation.
