家蝇对常用杀虫剂敏感性的调查研究

Sensitivity and control countermeasures of Musca domestica to common used insecticides

目的掌握家蝇对常用杀虫剂的抗药性情况,为蝇类防治提供科学依据。方法用WHO推荐的点滴法,测定羽化后3～5日龄的健康雌蝇。结果 2010年河南省家蝇对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、敌敌畏、氯氰菊酯的LD50分别为0.509 7～1.175 0、0.252 6～0.751 0、0.165 3～0.984 4、1.030 0～2.951 0μg/♀,相对抗性倍数分别为101.9～235.0、421～1 251.7、1.8～11.0、223.9～641.5。结论除了敌敌畏外,其余3种药剂全部为高抗水平,建议采用以治理环境为主的综合防治措施,以及轮换使用其他类型的杀虫剂。

Objective To master the sensitivity of Musca domestica to frequently used insecticides and provide scientific basis for using insecticides in future.Methods Topical drop method from WHO used for healthy Musca domestica which were 3-5 days old.Results The LD50 of beta-cypermethrin,deltamethrin,DDVP,cypermethrin were 0.509 7-1.175 0,0.252 6-0.751 0,0.165 3-0.984 4,1.030 0-2.951 0 μg/♀,so the relative resistances were 101.9-235.0,421-1 251.7,1.8-11.0,223.9-641.5.Conclusion The others develop high resistance except for DDVP,so it＇s suggested that the synthetical measures of control should be applied,or the other insecticides should be used in the next years.
