舰艇环境鼠体表主要寄生虫调查研究

目的研究舰艇环境鼠体表主要寄生虫密度消长规律,为舰艇科学有效开展防治工作提供科学依据和指导性建议。方法采用宿主体表采集法与粘蚤纸法,在东海及南海2个区域设调查点,每单月监测其密度动态。结果舰艇环境鼠体表主要寄生虫为蚤与革螨。东海区蚤密度呈单峰型,3月最高,革螨呈双峰型,分别在3月与7月;南海区1蚤密度呈单峰型,5月最高,革螨呈双峰型,分别在3月与11月;南海区2蚤与革螨的季节波动不显著,蚤密度高峰在3-5月,革螨1-5月偏高。结论舰艇鼠类体表寄生虫侵害严重,应引起足够的重视。

Objective To investigate the fluctuation of main parasites on rodents on naval vessel,and provide scientific basis and instructional proposal for vector control on naval vessel.Methods Parasites were collected from host,and glue trap were used for parasite survey at 3 monitoring regions.The density were studied at every odd months to analyze the fluctuation.Results The main parasite on rodent were flea and beetle mite.At east sea area,the curve of flea density was single-peaked,and reached the highest in March,however,the curve of beetle mite density was double-peaked,and reached the highest in March and July.At south sea area 1,the curve of flea density was single-peaked,and reached the highest in May,however,the curve of beetle mite density was double-peaked,and reached the highest in March and November.At south sea area 2,the curve of flea and beetle mite density was relatively steady.Conclusion The situation of parasites on rodents and its borne diseases is serious on naval vessel,it should be paid more attention during the vector management.
