摘要
太钢4 350 m3高炉是中国自行设计建造的大型高炉,2006年10月13日开炉。2008年通过分析煤比200kg/t生产情况下要求的原燃料成分和性能水平,不断探索在高富氧率、大喷煤高炉腹煤气量指数生产下合理的煤气流分布和操作炉型的控制,同时加强炉前作业管理,在2008年2月后实现连续5个月(全年有8个月)煤比200kg/t以上。
4 350 m^3 blast furnace at TISCO was designed and constructed by China itself, operating since October 13, 2006. The coal rate has been kept over 200kg/t for continuous 5 months since February 2008 (8 months for total one year) by intensifying ingredient and characteristics of crude fuel, exploring high oxygen enrichment rate, high coal injection operation and high bosh gas volume index which can realize a reasonable gas current distribution and operate furnace profile, strength cast house working management and so on.
