飞行员脂蛋白脂酶基因Ser447Ter位点多态性及与血脂水平的关系

Relationship between lipoprotein gene Ser447Ter site polymorphism and serum lipid in pilots

目的了解飞行员脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)基因Ser447Ter位点多态性及与血脂的关系,为飞行员高脂血症的防治提供依据。方法采用聚合酶链反应——限制性片断长度多态性方法检测106例飞行员和98例健康对照者LPL基因Ser447Ter位点多态性,并用常规方法测定其血脂水平。结果飞行员LPL基因Ser447Ter位点三种基因型Ser447Ser、Ser447Ter和Ter447Ter的频率分别为77.36%、15.09%和7.55%,两种等位基因频率Ser和Ter分别为0.849和0.151,与健康对照人群差异无统计学意义。飞行员的高脂血症患病率(52.83%)明显高于对照人群(29.59%)。LPL基因Ser447Ter位点三种基因型与血清TG和HDL-C水平相关,而血清TC和LDL-C水平在各基因型间无差异。结论 LPL基因Ser447Ter位点多态性影响飞行员不同个体间血脂水平,环境因素是引起飞行员高脂血症的重要作用因子。

Objective To investigate the relationship between lipoprotein（LPL） gene Ser447Ter site polymorphism and serum lipid in pilots and provide an important reference for hyperlipidemia prevention of pilots.Methods LPL gene Ser447Ter site genotypes were assayed by polymerase chain reaction-restricted fragments length polymorphism,and serum lipids were detected by stipulated methods on 106 pilots and 98 control subjects.Results Three genotypes（Ser447Ser、Ser447Ter and Ter447Ter） frequency of LPL gene Ser447Ter site in pilots were 77.36%、15.09% and 7.55%,and two alleles frequency were 0.849 and 0.151,respectively.There is no statistic significance in genotypes and alleles frequency of the pilots and control subjects.Hyperlipidemia prevalence（52.83%） of the pilots is much higher than that of the control（29.59%）.There was a close relationship between three genotypes and levels of triglyceride（TG） and high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）.There is no difference in average comparison of TC and LDL-C in each genotype group.Conclusion LPL gene Ser447Ter site polymorphism is a genetic factor on pilot individual serum lipid levels,and environment factors are important in inducing hyperlipidemia of pilots.
