高值医用消耗材料条码管理系统应用的再探讨

Further Study of barcode management system application of high-value medical consumables

目的:对高值医用消耗材料进行"一物一码"条形码管理,实现从采购、物价、使用、收费、入出库和付款的全程追踪管理。方法:以产品的"REF"码和"LOT"码为基础,采用条形码技术录入高值医用消耗材料基础数据,建立完整数据库。结果:该系统能够实时掌握耗材的使用情况,保证收费准确,实现了"零库存"管理,减少了积压浪费,提高了经济效益和社会效益。结论:应用具有普遍性。

Objective：To realize the tracing management of purchasing,prices,usage,charging,entry and delivery and payment with the adoption of＂a material one yard＂barcode management of high-value medical consumables.Methods：Based on the＂REF＂code and＂LOT＂code of products,we used barcode technology to entry basic data of high-value consumables.Results：This system could realize the real-time control of consumables usage,ensured the correct charging and realized＂zero inventory＂management,reduced overstock and waste and improved economic and social efficiency.Conclusions：Its application is universal.
