The General Information of permanent way and construction for Xi' an-Ankang railway and the new technique and technology adopted in the aspects of line location, survey and design and tunnel construction are introduced with the emphasis laid on the introduction of features and technical progresses for the Qinling Tunnel project. It is a representative work for the Tunnel construction at the present stage in China.
