摘要
高校思想教育工作效果好坏的关键在于思政教师在思想教育工作中的魅力展现。本文从学识魅力、人格魅力和形象魅力三个角度探讨如何塑造思政教师的魅力。
The good effects of ideological and political work depends on the good charm of ideological education teachers, this article shows how teachers shape the ideological and political charm from three perspectives： the knowledge charm, charisma and image of the charm.
