本文试图以华南师范大学旅游管理系新生入学教育的具体做法为例,以适应性教育、凝聚力培养、专业思想巩固等几个大方面,探讨综合大类招生模式下新生入学教育的有效途径。

This paper gives the example of education on freshman in the tourism management department of south China Normal University. It discusses how to deal with the problems about the adaptability, agglomeration and sentiment to the major and so on. It is hoped that we can find effective ways to conduct education on freshman.
