This article pointed out that the present environmental effect appraisal practice teaching existence the insufficiency, based on this from the possible arrangement practice course content, used many kinds of practice teaching media, fully using the discipline superiority and the local resources, the change inspection way and raises the student scientific research quality aspect to carry on the discussion to the environmental effect appraisal practice educational reform, finally elaborated the effect which the reform obtained.
