Due to the particularity and frangibility of water and land resource system,it is very important to implement the construction of agricultural water conservancy in Guangxi Province. The present state and facing problem of the research and education of agricultural water conservancy and the science and technology demand of water conservancy development are analyzed in this article.The paper also expounds the importance and significance of improving the research and education of agricultural water conservancy, and puts forward the approach. The training of agricultural water conservancy technology personnel can provide the qualified personnel and intelligence for the development of water conservancy and social economy in Guangxi Province.
