Discussing the Balanced Development of Compulsory Education

义务教育的均衡发展是契合时代特征的一种全新教育理念和教育发展观。在构建和谐社会的进程中,要高度重视义务教育均衡发展的问题。本文研究了当前义务教育发展不均衡的严峻现实,指出了问题所在,提出了促进义务教育均衡发展的策略。

The balanced development of compulsory education is a new educational philosophy and development concept, which fits the characteristics of the times. In the process of building a harmonious society, we must attach great importance to the balanced development of compulsory education issues. Through doing research on the harsh imbalanced development realities of current compulsory education, we pointed out the existing problems and proposed a strategy to promote balanced development of compulsory education.
