义务教育学校在均衡背景下的特色发展研究

Studying the Development Compulsory Education School Under Balanced Background Characteristic

义务教育的均衡发展是我国教育界较长时期的战略性任务,但在均衡化过程中要防止学校失去个性与特色,出现千校一面的同质化现象。学校如何实现均衡基础上的特色发展,本文指出了实施素质教育、推进校园文化建设、强化学科优势、提升管理水平等四条途径,并提出了创建学校特色要遵循因校制宜、量力而行、目标集中、持之以恒的原则。

Compulsory education＇s balanced development is our country Educational circles long time strategic duty, but must prevent the school in the equalized process to lose the individuality and the characteristic, presents thousand school homogenization phenomenon at the same time. How did the school realize in the balanced foundation characteristic development,this article has pointed out four ways：The implementation education for all-around development, advances the campus cultural reconstruction, the strengthened discipline superiority, the promotion management level. And proposed founds the school characteristic to follow the school to take suitable measures, to do what one can.
