摘要
随着新课改的全面推进,促进农村教师的专业化发展、提升农村教师的专业素质已迫在眉睫。面对农村中小学教师整体素质及专业化发展的现状,自主发展是农村教师专业化发展的关键和重要途径。本文进一步探讨了促进农村教师专业自主发展的一些措施。
With the overall progress of the new curriculum, and promote the professional development of teachers in rural areas, enhance the professional quality of teachers in rural areas is urgent. The face of the overall quality of rural primary and secondary teachers and professional development status, self-development is the key to professional development of teachers in rural areas and an important way, this paper explores the professional autonomy of teachers for rural development measures.
