教师对学生的爱应是公正的、平等的。平等的师爱是一种更高责任感的爱,它具有职业性、广博性、针对性特点。聋校老师在日常教学中,要注意从个人态度、班干选拔、荣誉评选、集体生活、学习生活、操行评定等方面给予更多的平等性,但在具体实施师爱的过程中,应避免走入绝对化、无限度化的误区。
