摘要
国防生基地化训练阶段是军事人才培养与岗位任职"无缝对接"的关键环节,但是其间政治教育的考核始终未能取得实质性的突破。借鉴布鲁姆教学目标分类理论的领域划分和层次解读,可以对其进行分层考核和形成性考核改革,提高教育考核实效。
