Modem society is full of competition and coordination. This thesis is aimed to discuss how to raise students＇ competitive awareness and cultivate their team work spirit from five perspectives.It clarifies the importance of both of them, the timing to provide training, the methods to cultivate healthy competitive quality,so that students can taste the joy of success and achieve a perfect balance between competition and teamwork.
