摘要
本文提出确立以使用效率为导向的收集原则,在归档内容上做到应收尽收,不符合规定的坚决不收;在归档时间上做到先后有序、主次有别;采集可靠线索,减少对材料形成部门的依赖;提高档案管理人员素质;完善档案管理制度等对策。
This article proposed that the establishment take uses the efficiency as the guidance collection principle, achieves receivable in the filing-up content receives, does not conform to the stipulation firmness not to receive; achieves the order in the filing-up time, primary and secondary to be able to discriminate successively; gathers the reliable clue, reduces forms department's dependence to the material;improves the records management personnel quality;countermeasures and so on perfect records management system.
