在新课程改革的推进过程中,农村教师整体素质偏低、专业化发展滞后,已成为制约农村基础教育改革与发展的瓶颈。教师培训是教师专业化发展的重要途径,然而培训的有效性并不尽如人意。本文就农村教师培训中存在的问题以及实施有效培训的策略展开探讨。

In the new curriculum reform process,due to the low overall quality of rural teachers,professional development lags behind,it has restricted the rural basic education reform and development bottlenecks.Teacher training is an important way to professional development of teachers,however,the effectiveness of training is not satisfactory,this paper start on problems of rural teacher training and the implementation of an effective training strategy.
